Discover the Facts About Extensions

Are you considering getting hair extensions? Here are the essential facts you need to know.

First and foremost, all extension services require an in-person consultation. This allows our experienced professionals to assess your needs and provide the best recommendations for your unique hair type.

During the consultation, you'll receive a full pricing breakdown for the extension service. We believe in transparency, and this detailed breakdown ensures that you understand the costs involved and can make an informed decision.
When you're ready to book your first extension install service, please note that a non-refundable retainer, equivalent to the cost of the extension hair needed for your service, is required. This demonstrates your commitment to the process and allows us to secure the necessary materials for your appointment.

Lastly, it's essential to respect the time and effort involved in the extension process. If you "no call, no show" on your scheduled service day, the retainer is forfeited. Additionally, failure to show up for your appointment may result in being unable to book future services. We value all our clients and hope for a positive and respectful partnership.

*Additionally, all sales are final with the completion of your hand tied extensions service. Once in the possession of the client Alchemy cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft or damage to the hand tied extensions.
